I have installed newest version of auto actions. I have looked at a few of the case examples to learn how to use it. Each case example has a "Type" field. However, the new installation when setting up a new Auto Action has no "Type" field dropdown. I have attached screenshot of what i see. I am unable to perform the appropriate action as desired. I am trying to do exactly the scenario in this tutorial, but can't because i can't choose a "Usergroup" type.
What i am trying to accomplish is to register (upon new registration) based on a dropdown menu of usertypes to the appropriate Joomla ACL groups. An example is the new user is registered into the group of "Registered", and "Registered - Soccer" because they selected the "Soccer" usertype in the registration usertype dropdown created. It seems the Auto Actions is designed to do this exactly, but with Joomla 3.3 and the newest auto actions, the only type of configuration i can find is to assign a user to the GroupJives groups created and not any Joomla ACL groups. I believe it's because i do not have a "Type" field in the Auto Actions new action configuration. How would i accomplish what i am trying to do?
Your screenshot is GJ Auto and not CB Auto Actions. Ensure you've installed CB Auto Actions 6.2.2 from the Professional downloads section. What you're wanting is doable with CB Auto Actions. Please see the below tutorial.
