Hello,

There are two parts to this issue:

1. When creating an invite to a group I was able to insert two email addresses with a ; separator between them. THe system said the invite was sent, but the emails were never received. I suppose several emails are not allowed, but if so it should have told me. If it is allowed to have multiple emails then it isn't working on the send.

2. When I go to group in which i invited several users and click on the invited tab, I see the pending invites. There is a grey button that says Menu. This grey button is not working, nothing happens when i click it. I want to delete the invites but i am unable. I tried in both IE and Firefox. I put a screenshot here of the exact button I am speaking of.

1. I have through further testing found that if I invite a user who does not exist in our current users list an email is sent with the invitation. If I send to a user who is not in the group but is a user in the system, no email is generated.

How do I enable the invite user to group to work to existing users. It does show their image and shows as invited, but the email is not generated. I have attached a screenshot that shows 4 invited users. Two of them have images and are existing users, and two of them are not users (default image). I was monitoring the outgoing email server as i did these invites. The two who are not users in our system had emails generated and sent by the system. The two that are current users did not have any emails generated by the system. If i click to resend the same results. Only will resend those to the emails that are not current users, won't send to those that are.

Is there some configuration somewhere where i am supposed to enable notifications for email invites to existing users of the system?

Multi-inviting isn't implemented in 2.7. It'll be in next release (2.8).

It's CSS based and opens on mouseover. It's possible you've some CSS conflicting. You'll need to right click and inspect in Chrome or Firefox then check the dropdown container to see if some CSS is conflicting. This is fixed in next release (2.8).

Depends on what your notification method is set to in GJ > Config > Notifications. Typically on site users are sent a private message and off site users are sent an email.

Please note GJ has not been upgraded for CB 2.x yet. It has some issues that we're well aware of and will be fixing in its upgrade release in the coming weeks. Be prepared for problems. First issue is GJ Events jQuery is bugged (and maybe the cause of your dropdown issue), which can be fixed with the below build of GJ Events.

1. great, i will only insert one email address. Glad to hear it will allow multiple in the future.

2. Ah yes, I was able to find the menu, index value needs to be added to css as it is coming behind in our template. I found it was only on the first menu item as the popup was coming on the left and not appearing because of the background in template. Easy fix.

3. Yes, you are right, the notification general setting was having emails being generated for non-users and private for existing users. Swapped that and it now works great.
