I have a user who is a "regisestered user", and "teamsheet_manager" joomla acl users. I have set in the CB configuration, moderation tab that "teamsheet_manager" designed for the "Moderators View Access Level". I also have "Moderators and Super Admins Only" designed for "Allow Moderators to Edit Profiles". I have attached screenshot of these settings.
When this user tries to edit the profile of another user who is in the "registered user" and "soccer_player" joomla acl groups a message displayed is:
You cannot edit a `registered`. Only higher-level users have this power.
Am I not organizing the settings correctly to make this "teamsheet_manager" capable of editing other users?
You've them with a lower ACL and higher ACL at the same time. Remove Registered and leave them as your manager ACL. Moderators can't edit users of the same ACL or above. Them being Registered is causing this to trigger when trying to edit other Registered users. We'll be improving this in a later release, but for now you'll need to remove the Registered usergroup from them.

Ok, that makes sense, thank you. I actually want to setup a group moderator who can edit user accounts of those in the group if they are owner. I dont believe there is any such setting that I can find. Any thoughts on how I could do this?
It's only possible to do that for a single usergroup due to the above bug. There's no actual feature for user by user or group by group moderator feature. User by user moderators are planned, but no idea when we'll get that implemented.
