We just released CB Gallery and Kyle is working on CB Activity.
CB GroupJive will follow.

Will it be easily possible to upgrade CB 1.9.1 to CB 2 and all the plugins we use? (Just plugins from you) without losing data?

Yes you need to manually update one by one plugin according to this compatibility page:
