Hi,

As reported here www.joomlapolis.com/forum/154-advanced-members-support/228427-blogs-not-moderated-in-cb-205-and-other-problem

The first part was fixed in the latest 2.0.6 but we still have the problem where the setting "Access" is set to "Registered", so newly created blogs should be set at Registered by default, but the blogs created are actually set to public still

Thanks!

Hmm, worked fine when testing the fix. What modal are you using (Internal, Joomla, or K2)? Is it set to Public on display our on Storage?

We're using Joomla for the modal

with default access to Registered

and when we write a blog, access is set to public as default as can be seen here

Even if I put "Access Display" to Disable, so the end user can't see it and change it, it store the blog with Public by default, as can be seen here

Thanks!

It's due to Joomla setting the default access for the empty object. So CB Blogs default can't take affect. Specifically it's using "Default Access Level" within System > Global Configuration > Site. Will implement a fix to set the defaults in the Joomla object earlier in the construction to avoid Joomlas default from conflicting.
