Is it possible to up lode videos strait from your iphone or computer direct to CBuilder without having to use utube or other third party websites and have to embed code?

If your phone supports the file input you'd just upload them to the site under your Video gallery provided by CB Gallery. If you're asking if you can link to a video on your phone then no.

Yes, you need to upload the video file. You can use CB Gallery and its Video gallery or you can use the Video fieldtype to create a Video field.
