[SOLVED] Group Jive Order of Groups Issue

Hello.

The ordering in administration works fine for the order that is displayed on the frontend of the groups. However, there is a setting in GJ configuration under "Groups" - "All" - "Display" tabs which allows you to select an override of order. YOu can set Ordering ASC, Ordering DESC, Date ASC, Date DESC, Name ASC, Name DESC, etc. No matter what selection you put here it does not affect the order of the group son the frontend. It always remains to show the ordering. The override does not work. I tried everyone of them, in which the order of the groups did not change for any.

Is this functionality not working correctly, am I missunderstanding or is there another setting somewhere I am missing?

That only affects the All Groups page. Doesn't affect any other page. Ensure you're checking the ordering on the correct page.

Thanks for the reply. What is the correct page to set the order for all groups in all cateogires to be listed by name asc?

GJ > Configuration > Categories > Groups > Display is where you'd change the ordering for Groups when viewing a Category.
