The emails that are being generated upon registration are all clumped up into one solid paragraph of text. I have set HTML in the notifications area. I have attached a view of what the email looks like, as well as attached the setitng where I have designated html in CB configuration. Any thoughts on how I can alter this to look better? I must have a setting I am missing somewhere.

As with all messages - you need to modify the relevant language string in your language.php file of your ENglish language plugin (see Download -> Languages menu for download link for ENglish plugin.
