Register and Login not worker property

Hi, use Communitu builder 2.0.6 on joomla 3.3.6.
I disabled the plugin joomla login.
Some users in the registration phase receive the error message "Your session has expired or cookies on your browser are disabled." Obviously, I do check by the same user and cookies are enabled.
Other users who fail to register, performing the login receive no error message but the system returns to hime page, without any error.

I tried to disabiliare all modules and plugins unnecessary but can not figure out the problem some users. Trying to enter the credentials of a user who can not log in, we work properly and we can connect while you do not.

When the user tries to controll panel by the user rieulta online. From the front end is disconnected.

Have reviewed your registration page and it's due to caching. The hidden input security token that's validated is not changing on page load (every load should be different). Ensure our system plugin within Extensions > Plugin Manager is public and published as well as ordered as the first system plugin. If still not working disable all caching and purge the existing caching to see if issue resolves.

Thanks for the answer, but I have not yet resolved.
I checked the plugin system, the cache is completely off but with a user I access without problem from the mac, if I make the accosso with your smartphone, inputting username and password, without any error message comes back to me the home page where I requires user and pasword and (box user online, and from the control panel has appeared on line). I noticed the same behavior from Safarui on Mac, such as iPhone and Mozilla seems to be all ok ..
I do not know where to turn ..; - /

Today, I can't acces to Control Panel. The problem like a permission or unicode configuration file when we move a site from root to subdirectory.. I've tryed to check a permission and unicode but i think we are correct.. Help

Navigate to System > Clear Cache and see if you have any cache files there. If you do then remove them and retest the issue. If you don't then I don't know what to tell you. Maybe your device is caching the pages for whatever reason, but I highly doubt it and it's very likely Joomla caching or a 3rd party extension caching. Some 3rd party Template frameworks have built in caching features so if you're using a Gantry template for example check your template parameters to see if it has a caching feature that you could turn off.

CB has no control over this. Post your Joomla backend access issue to the Joomla.org forums to see what they have to suggest. You also didn't provide any errors or details as to what is happening when trying to access backend so I've no idea what to suggest.

I could not solve .. The cache is disabled and all joomla is comrtava strangely. I reinstalled a new instance of joomla and cb, taking care to ONFIGURATION of each component .. Now it seems to be fine, I'll do two days before the test is rilasciaro in production.
