Is there a way to view a list of conditionals based on at least their starting point (field or tab)?
As my list of fields grows (currently at about 100, organized in about 10 tabs), conditional management starts to become a nightmare, as tabs and fields appear/disappear. Please don't tell me I have to go manually through each field/tab to see if it has conditionals?

That's what you have to do. There's no interface to manage all the conditionals. That's not currently even possible as CB Conditional just extends existing tab and field behavior. Only way that could be done is duplicating field management and slimming it down, which there are no plans to do. Once the conditional API has been generalized and maintained in its own storage table this will be possible, but until then you need to edit your tabs/fields as needed.
