Just recently got J2.5 site upgraded to J3.3.6
Still running CB 1.9.1 & CBSubs 3.0.0
Now, "recommended" Joomla 3.4 upgrade is looming, and here is my question:
Is it best to do CB upgrade before doing the Joomla upgrade, or vice-versa?
I'm getting a bit nervous about these Joomla upgrades - updating to J3.4 on our DEV server nuked the front end (due to an unassigned language display setting that was overlooked in 3.3.6) - easy fix once I found out what it was :S

Always test all upgrades on a cloned site. This is my #1 suggestion.
Never rush to do things on your live site - no matter how tempting the one click method appears.
Joomla 3.3.6 to 3.4 should be easy - but test it on a cloned environment just in case.
You can do the CB/CBSubs upgrade before or after - I would do it after I have verified that the Joomla upgrade works and does not cause any issues with existing CB/CBSubs.
Then I would do the CB/CBSubs upgrade on a cloned environment.
