Data bases for CB1.9.1 and 2.0x

Data bases for CB1.9.1 and 2.0x was created by MasterNABO
I am in the middle of upgrading a J2.5 site to J3.x.
Both have CB1.9.1 at the moment, but I would like to change to 2.x on the new site.
I am worried about transfer of membership database from the old 1.9.1 site to to the new 2.0x site.
Are these databases of the same configuration?

No data should be lost. At any rate always create a backup before upgrading. I also don't recommend upgrading a live site to 2.x without first testing on a clone site to ensure it functions as expected as a lot has changed.
