RENEWAL EMAILS was created by dillydally
Hi
I have been running CB for just over a year now on my site and I just don't think that the renewal emails are going out to the members. Is there any way to check this?

Thanks

I'm running
Joomla 3.4
CB 1.9.1 (not yet had the time to upgrade)
php 5.4

Renewal emails? From CBSubs Email, presentation tab emails, or CBSubs Mailer? Please be more specific. Note the presentation tab emails have emails for manual and automatic renewals and depending on how the user paid you may need to configure both.

Apologies, from CBSubs as this is what I'm using with the Professional membership.

I have set up the emails for each package and on checking I have the set up for manual and automatic renewal. However, I thought that one of these was an email that went out to remind people that their membership needed to be renewed ... however, it seems I am misguided ... where do I find this email ?

That sends an email when they renew. It's not a reminder. For reminders you need to use CBSubs Mailer. Please see your CBSubs documentation for configuration and usage information.

Hi, thanks I guess I thought that this was a simpler process. However, I have at least found this and if I can manage my way through all the conditionals (which currently aren't making any sense at all) I should have this sorted.

One further question is that there seems to be no RENEW button on the subscription information in the profile, is this something I need to configure?

If they're expired they should have a renew button assuming your plan allows renewals on the Pricing tab. If they're not expired you'd need to adjust the renewable in advanced parameter under the Pricing tab to allow them to renew before they've expired.
