How can I add an info message (popup or textfield) after a user selects a certain option from a dropdown?

Also since some weeks admin recieves 6 mails if user changes profile?
Where should I look to change settings on this issue?

Last question, is it possible to export userlist to excel/csv?

Like the messages at the top of the page? An alert message? Sorry, I don't understand exactly what you're trying to do. A message can be added by CB Auto Actions and its Code action (message queue method). A JS alert can also be added by the Code action (js inline method). A text field could just be another field, which you condition to show using CB Conditional.

You likely have profile update logger installed and configured to send a notification.

Nope, we've no export features at this time. If you mean CB > User Management then you can use CB Juice to export. Aside from that you could use phpmyadmin and a custom database query then export the results.

About my questions;
1 I have a drop down select field.
When a user selects 'Extern' some field are dropped with cb conditional.
But I would like to add a 'short message to users' to fill in specific info in last text field. Hope this makes sense.

2 profile update is now disabled...solved
3 could csvimproved export cb data maybe?

You could try adding a Custom HTML field with your message then also conditioning it like your other fields.

There's a couple Joomla reporting extensions that work based off a database query. Maybe check out Joomla.org for something like that. I've no idea what csvimproved is so couldn't say if it'll work or not, sorry.

Try disabling it and see if your issue stops.
