Where are the CB component config parameters stored? Can't locate them in the database. If in a file... which file and where is it? Thanks!

In the CB Core plugin params column of _comprofiler_plugins. We don't store configuration to a file anymore. Is there a particular reason you need direct access to the raw configuration? If you're trying to access from a PHP file you'd just access the global $ueConfig.

I need to know where it's at because I'm building a customized install package for a client that contains certain config parameters to be set already on install. Thanks!

It'd probably easier to just modify install.comprofiler.php then in cbInstaller_install_plugins find the $newConfig usages. You can adjust the global config, convert to json, and set $newConfig before it does its query storage for custom configuration; there's a couple examples of this within that file and function to also use as examples in your custom solution if you want to make your own installer script.
