They can set the privacy for the entire gallery tab by enabling privacy for those tabs. They can not yet set privacy for individual images or folders/albums; that will be implemented later.

CB Privacy has not integrated with CB Gallery yet. Yes, it will provide per item and per album/folder privacy controls. No, I've no idea when it'll be implemented.
