I'm unable to confirm your issue. Are you altering how the Avatar field displays? It appears to be missing in that container, which maybe what is breaking the tooltip usage.

Could this be because I have deleted some users? I tried to use tools and synchronize users and got An error has occurred.
0 Null primary key not allowed.
I ran a CBuilder database check and got
Core CB database structure differences:
Table #__comprofiler_fields Column displaytitle exists but should not exist
Table #__comprofiler_plugin Column access exists but should not exist
Table #__comprofiler_tabs Column useraccessgroupid exists but should not exist

Then a CB fields data storage database: Results and got
CB fields data storage database structure differences:
Table #__comprofiler Column cb_facebook does not exist
Table #__comprofiler Column cb_testtweet does not exist

Then
Checking Users Database:
Warning: 13 entries in Community Builder comprofiler table without corresponding user table rows.
Following comprofiler id: 757, 797, 807, 808, 809, 810, 811, 812, 813, 814, 815, 816, 817 are missing in user table
This one can be fixed using menu Components / Community Builder / tools and then click "Synchronize users".

But when i syncronize users I get
An error has occurred.
0 Null primary key not allowed.

Sounds like you deleted users incorrectly. You need to delete from CB > User Management only. Do not delete users from Joomla user manager.

Synchronize users should fix this, but I've no idea why you're getting "0 Null primary key not allowed." as that seams like an invalid row in _users or _comprofiler where their id is set to 0 or null for whatever reason. You may want to check those tables to see if such a bad row is present. It could also be from a 3rd party plugin; disable non-core Joomla User plugins within Extensions > Plugin Manager then retry synchronization.

Regardless the plugin should ignore users that don't exist and have fixed for next release.
