There's no parameter to remove that. You can try adding the below CSS to your Joomla template CSS file, but I've no idea if it'll work for the iframe. You could use CB Auto Actions, its code action, the userlist display trigger, and method set to CSS to dynamically add CSS to the userlist display, which might work.

i also have a multi select drop down field, i am searching for the advance filter when 2 options are selected and one of those is my selection for that list....

You can't use search criteria on a userlist in an iframe. It won't work as the iframe will reload with your entire sites template as it doesn't know it's in an iframe. You ideally should setup userlist with built in filtering then load them in using an iframe so you won't need search criteria.
