I am wondering is there a way to configure a CB list from the backend somehow so that the links to user profiles open up in a new browser window or tab, rather than in the same browser window?
They always open in same window. The list row links use jQuery though. I suppose you could toggle this off within your userlist parameters then use CB Auto Actions and the userlist display trigger to add your own custom JS to the page to open in a new window.
