I cannot find CB Gallery 1.0.3, only 1.0.2, can you show me where the latest version is stored.

Also is this the gallery shown in the Profile, Personal gallery or is that something else.

Yes, it's a profile gallery personalized for each individual user. It officially replaces CB ProfileGallery. Please see the below article regarding its release below.
