hi, as in title, on my site just the admins can create accounts, the registration is disabled.
But obiouvsly I want to let the user know they have an active account, how can I set that classic joomla auto-mail notification "an admin has created an account for you on mysite.com"?

CB will still send the pending/welcome emails regardless of who created the user. So as long as they are configured and depending on the state of the user (e.g. confirmed and approved sends welcome) it should send the email. An alternative is setup CB Auto Actions to send an email on the after backend user registration trigger.
