I'm running the latest version of Joomla 3.4.0. It appears that CB is utilizing a very old version of JQuery which is conflicting with other parts of my site. I believe I'm using all of the latest CB items available on your site and Joomla doesn't indicate that an update is available for CB. How do I fix this?

Perhaps you are still using CB 1.9.1 ?
CB 2.0.7 uses a very recent jquery version.
Also I doubt that even CB 1.9.1 is causing your jquery conflicts as jquery is loaded even then in deep no conflict mode.
Latest jQuery is 1.11.2. CB 2.x is using 1.11.2. CB 1.x has a significantly out of date jQuery (1.5.2). If you want latest you need to upgrade to CB 2.x.
As Nick stated CB jQuery also can not conflict. It runs in a deep namespaced noConflict mode, which means it doesn't even use the jQuery namespace.
