Nope - After re-install still not able to turn off.

Ok - got PM thx.

The footer you are seeing is not the Powered by Community Builder footer - that one has been removed after you installed the Footer plugin and configured the Integrations tab parameter.

The footer you are seeing is the MyCommunity template footer.
