[SOLVED] Cannot save Additional Info on backend or frontend

Sigh...another problem. I'm cursed.

The Additional Info fields on the backend and frontend are not saved and they cannot be updated. The information is entered and saved and all goes blank.

A custom field on the first tab is fine. And an image can be added and changed on the profile and canvas. But no joy on the ADDITIONAL INFO tab.

CBSubs GPL 4.0 RC2, CB Subs 2.0.7, Joomla 3.4.1 (just updated Joomla to 3.4.1 this morning)

More information:

When I register a new user, the Additional Info does not show when I click on pay. The fields are stripped.

If I click on MODIFY INFO (at the bottom of the info screen) then SAVE, the info shows up but then there is no info on the backend - it is stripped upon payment and redirect back to the site.

Please also notice that there is no dropdown selections provided for Province/State in the MODIFY INFO screen. This may be my fault on some sort of mis-configured backend situation but I don't think so unless I missed something in the setup.

Updated info:

Writing the data directly to the database (using PHP MyAdmin) it then shows the data in the field in the backend of CB Subs.

Deleting that data in the backend doesn't work and it stays there. In other words, for whatever reason, the data isn't being written to, or deleted from the DB.

Probably obvious to you gurus but I just wanted to mention it.

As I still have your credentials for another topic am looking into this now. Typically this can be due to CB Conditional or some form of condition, but I don't see that installed. Will review and reply with my findings shortly.

Have reviewed your install and am unsure what's causing your issue. Please PM FTP login credentials and will begin adding debug code to see what's stopping the CB user data from binding.
