I am still on CB 1.9.1 using CB AntiSpam 1.2.1. I would like to block certain email domains from registering at my website. I setup blocks for "email domains" with a forever duration. If a person registers using a domain listed in the blocked domains list, the user account is still created by CB, but the user just cannot login. What am I doing wrong that AntiSpam is still permitting the registration to go through with a blocked email domain?

As you're on a much older release I've no idea. It could be bugged in your release. It should stop the entire registration process as it sets a global error and user error on the before registration trigger so it shouldn't create a user for them at all. The domain should also be only the last part of the email address (e.g. example.com) with no leading characters.

What is the latest version of CB AntiSpam that works with the 1.9.x version of CB?

You have the latest for CB 1.x. Latest for CB 2.x is 2.0.0.
