All number email addresses not getting verification email

Hello,

When a user tries to use an email address with all numbers in front of the @ (for example: 900010000@qq.com), he is not receiving a verification email to confirm his email address. Maybe something in the code is skipping the address when no letters are found? How can it be fixed? Thanks!

P.S. This can be a big problem in China where probably most email addresses now are all numbers @qq.com.

We have nothing in the code to stop such emails. I've just tested it locally and it reaches my mail server perfectly fine. Contact your host as they're probably blocking it as spam or your emails are hitting the users spam folder

Oh, it looks like I received some bad information. I was told it was not in the spambox, but when I tested it, you are right, it is going through to the spambox on qq mail. Is there any way to get this going to their inbox? Many users will probably not check the spambox. Thanks!

The user needs to add your domain or email address to their contacts list so it won't be marked spam or you need to contact the domain and have them remove your domain from their spam list. You can also try adjusting the email subject and body to sound seam less generic.
