Looks like jQuery Migration was shut off for some reason. Navigate to CB > Configuration > Integrations and ensure it's enabled.

Based off the filename it's erroring in you have some sort of CSS/JS compression going on. This is often a feature of some 3rd party template frameworks or 3rd party extension. Disable the compression as it's just going to break your CSS and JS for no benefit.

Disabled CSS compression on template (JS was already off);
Tested with JCH Optimize disabled;
Looked for any other plugins that might have that option and no luck.
Please PM backend super administrator login credentials and will take a look.
