If you mean a chat system, no CB does not have one.
No, we don't have a notification system like Facebook. We have something planned to handle email, PMS, and Facebook like notifications all in a single plugin (this includes built in PMS) called CB Notifications. I've no idea when I'll get around to developing it, but it's planned.
