Are you using a custom backend template or have you modified the backend template in any way? The container box that CB is inside of its supplied by Joomlas backend template. Including the containers styling. I can't see a reason for that happening unless some CSS was added to the page to move it.

i can´t see some either, but i changed nothing in the css of the backend template and i still use the custom default.
it works well in other browsers like firefox and chrome and it is just the edit user area in the user management.
