Still no joy, same result.

Went as far as to trash the menu item, empty the trash then re-add and same result.

Any other thoughts? LMK if you want to have a look.

The menu behavior is part of the CB system plugin (System - Community Builder). Ensure it's published, public, and ordered as the first system plugin within Extensions > Plugin Manager. Once done retry creating the menu item and it should work fine.

Have reviewed your install and at this time I don't know what's causing the menu parameters to fail for the CB Paid Subscriptions plugin. For now you'll need to use External menu items and provide the links to your plans to it directly, which will work fine, but they won't SEF. The external menu item URLs would be structured as follows for example.

All Plans:
index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=pluginclass&plugin=cbpaidsubscriptions&do=displayplans

Specific Plan(s):
index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=pluginclass&plugin=cbpaidsubscriptions&do=displayplans&plans=PLAN_ID_HERE
