[SOLVED] Fields missing in Fields drop down on lists was created by miracrest

I am trying to add fields to my default list and I am not able to choose Formatted Name, First Name, Last Name, Name, or Email. They do not show up in the dropdown list (see attached screenshot). Any noe have any thoughts?

Are the fields not showing configured to appear on profiles?
