Connection problem? Sorry, I don't understand. Your image looks like normal form inputs displaying as they should. Please clarify further what your issue is.

I have the same things for enrollment advisors as members, what I desire is to have the same inscription on the picture only for advisers and not for members

If I do a far-reached guess, you wish some registration fields to be appearing conditionally to the chosen value of another field ? If yes, then you need CB Conditionals plugin to do that and define conditions.

Otherwise I have no idea what you are asking. If English is a problem, please **also** provide original question in French as well, so maybe we have a chance to understand.

Bonjour, CB Conditionals est en anglais et je ne parle pas anglais et ne le comprend pas, ci vous pouvez m'expliquer comment fonctionne CB Conditionals cela me ferait plaisir ou avoir un exemple, oui l'inscription Membres et l'inscription Conseillers ne doit absolument ne pas etre la même ni à l'inscription, ni dans les paramètre des profiles

Je pense comprendre que tu souhaites faire apparaître ce que l'on voit sur ta capture d'écran uniquement pour les CONSEILLERS.. Est ce cela ?

Je pense qu'effectivement avec CB Conditional est ce qu'il te faut : tu te mets sur chaque champs, et dans CB Conditional tu conditionnes l'affichage du champs (exemple : si champs UTILISATEUR = 'MEMBRE' caché le champ (sur lequel tu es)(je presume que tu as un champs UTILISATEUR dans lequel on choisit CONSEILLER ou MEMBRE).
(I think that effectivly with CB Conditional you do that. On every field of the capture you hide display for the users 'MEMBRE'. I presume you have a field users with CONSEILLER and MEMBRE).
