Server Error Log for opening a ticket was created by gdardick
I am trying to open a support ticket and need to include the Joomla Server Error log.

I am using IIS. Where might I find the error log that it is referring to?

I checked the log directory, but I don't think the problem I am having is generating errors.

Please see the below regarding IIS log.

You're also welcome to post your issue here as well. The only reason to use a ticket is absolute privacy (typically site sensitive information being exchanged). In all other cases it's recommended to use the forums.
