Hello,

I am using latest version of CB with latest version of CB Subs. I have configured some plans and when trying to upgrade to one of them, I get the page saying

"You need now to pay the subscription:" with the form asking for the invoicing address:

This is your invoicing address:
First Name
Last Name
Company
Address
City
Zipcode
Country
Phone

When I then enter all the details and press save, I get the following error:

Fatal error: Class 'CBPTxt' not found in [...]/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbpaidsubscriptions/plugin/cbsubspromotion/cbsubs.promotion.php on line 1420

I have no idea why or where this comes from.

When I then navigate back and try to buy the same plan again, then the invoice form is prepopulated with the data I entered before I got the error. And then proceeding to payment works just fine.

However, it would be really nice if the entire chain of invoice data filling and subsequent payment worked in one go without this fatal error in between.

All advise is much appreciated.

Thank you so much!

PS Is there actually a way to not ask for an invoice addressing at all? We're offering digital goods in terms of access to certain section on our site. We're not shipping physical products. Thus, it would be great if we can send people directly to our payment processor (in our case PayPal) where they enter their payment details

Joomla version? CB version? CBSubs version? If you upgraded to CB 2.x and CBSubs 4.x please ensure you upgraded all of CBSubs to 4.x (the main plugin and the installed integrations).

Ensure CBs system plugin (System - Community Builder) within Extensions > Plugin Manager is published, public, and ordered as the first system plugin. For some reason it seams like CBs API isn't loading in that case. Next ensure the CBSubs system plugin (cbpaidsubsbot) is ordered directly after it and also public/published.

Hello again,

I checked all that. They are indeed published and public and in the order you stated: The first system plugin is 'Community Builder System plugin', the second system plugin is 'cbpaidsubsbot'.

The result is the same. Also, when I go back and edit my invoice address, e.g., to correct a typo, and save it again, the same error occurs:

Fatal error: Class 'CBPTxt' not found in <span>/</span>home<span>/</span>dev_user_f2b/gen2.founder2be.com/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbpaidsubscriptions/plugin/cbsubspromotion/cbsubs.promotion.php on line 1420

Anything else I can check than the order, publishing state, etc.?

Thank you,
Oliver
