The menu at the top of the profile is gone? Please be more specific as to what your issue is. If it's the menu that's gone check the Menu tab in CB > Tab Management to ensure it's public and published. Next check CB Menu within CB > Plugin Management to ensure it's public and published. If still missing then edit the CB Menu plugin and check its parameters to ensure its still set to display as a menu bar.
