You create the article in Joomla or K2 depending on the modal used. It'll then show up in CB Articles. CB Articles just displays the articles a user is the creator of. It doesn't do anything more than that.

is normal the way that on the startsite (home) shown a list with the users profiles please?

You can create a userlist within CB > List Management to display a list of your users. Next within Menus you can create a menu item to your userlist and mark it as the homepage if you want a list of users as the homepage.
I recommend reading our CB 2.x Primer Book below as well as viewing the videos below to help get started with CB.
