Download and tickets

Hi,

A minute ago I sent this through the contact form, then read that that form is not meant for support, so I repeat it here (if this site was not as overcrowded as it is, maybe I'd have read that note earlier, sorry ...)

Anyway:
I recently bought a professional membership. Now I wanted to download the Community Builder Pro version, spent ten minutes trying to find it and totally failed - can't be that hard, I do feel a bit silly. Then I tried to open a ticket, but got this: "Access to this menu item not allowed without membership" - with an offer to upgrade to Professional, which I already have.
Can you please let me know where to find the download, and let me have access to tickets?

Regrading CB 2.0+ and the CB Quickstart Pro package please read this post:

Our recommendation is to install the latest CB 2.0+ package (currently CB 2.0.7) and then pick the extra add-ons you need from this compatibility listing:

Thanks for your quick reply. I ended up and read that post you linked during my search at least three times. So I know there is no quickstart package. I also went through all download pages I could find at least twice. I would just like to get the base CB component. To get started.

Select Community Builder menu item above and then click the Free Download button.

OMG. So there is NO pro version? Could you please write that down somewhere? I bet I'm not the first who stepped into that trap. Why don't you have that download, or at least a link to that special page on any of the downloads pages? Would help a lot.

There is only one CB version the free one.

There has never been a CB Pro ... there is a CB Quickstart PRO (only available for CB 1.9.1).

The CB Quickstart PRO version (for CB 1.9.1) basically just installs the free CB 1.9.1 version and then selected add-ons.
