I CAN'T FIND WHERE TO UPDATE THE LAST LINE. This shows under Subscription on the profile page for our members. The "Renew your membership . . ." is with the plan but not the last line? (1 May 2014 . . .)

our current membership upgrade possibilities:

Single 1 Year Renewal 2015-16 Discount

RENEW your membership by 5/30/2015 and save $5. After that date, you willl need to join at the published rate. If you are new to the club, please use the regular 1 year Single plan.

1 May 2014 - 30 April 2015 (valid from now on) for $ 35

When I do an "inspect element" it shows to be cbregTimeFrame.

Joomla 2.5.13 on www.spacecity.org site / cb subs is 3.0

I found another string and your reply was
Ah, sorry; I misread the string. I thought you wanted to change the current duration display when already subscribed. That's the Price display, which can be changed by adjusting "Price display of plan (default: [AUTOMATIC])" under the Presentation tab of your plan. The substitutions that are available for the pricing display are in the description of the input so you should be able to customize its display as needed.

My is set to automatic but where do I change the "description of the input" that you refer to?

The description of the price display input tells you what substitutions are available. Mouseover it or its info icon and you'll see what substitutions you can use in your custom price display.

that section was set to automatic and picking up last years membership dates / that is what I am trying to locate and change. I changed from automatic to just the price for now.

That's due to a datetime bug in CBSubs. We've fixed CBSubs to use strictly UTC for its datetime comparisons so this can't happen anymore. You'll need latest CBSubs 4.x nightly for the UTC fix in addition to CB 2.x nightly. I'm not sure if it'll fix existing subscriptions though. This can also happen if you've set your plans to renew from expiration date instead of payment date via the "Manual renewal extends expiration date as follows" parameter under the Pricing tab.
