Yes, but not just GJ; all of CB. An API plugin called CB Notifications is on my future development list. Ideally it'll provide push notifications (on site notifications), built in private messaging, and email notifications. Email notifications would support batching (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly digest type usages as well). I've no idea when I'll get around to it, but it's pretty high on my list to develop. It's not going to use an external API though; I'll be developing it from scratch.
