Got access details - thx.

I see the following:

Cannot open file for writing log

When I try to login.

Googling for it I see this:

So your error seems to have something to do with misconfigured temp?
Are you sure this happened by updating from CB 191 to CB 207?

It sounds like it is due to a bad joomla upgrade or a hosting issue.

Hi again.

I also got your PM.

I had requested FTP access also that you never provided.

Please note that when I try to login to backend I get following message:

Cannot open file for writing log

This is typically due to bad configuration/permissions of your log folder - I suggest to contact your host for assistance on this matter.

Once that is fixed and I can actually login I can help with any additional issues you might have.

followup:

The access credentials you have for username: maison lead to a error when logging in - you should check this.

The access credentials for username: info seem to work ok.

I do not even see Community Builder installed on this site.

What exactly is the issue???

I need to add:

Your hoster has Unix permissions and ownerships configured very badly, up to the point where files created by the php process can't be modified by it.

Only way to have your installations (not only CB, other components also error without that) working is to give write permissions to all system users for those files!

You should seriously consider asking the hoster to fix his permissions and masks, or better consider changing hoster.

Les permissions et droits d'accès aux fichiers sont configurés de manière catastrophique par votre hébergeur: Par exemple un fichier créé par le php ne peut être modifié!!! Demandez-lui de fixer ces problèmes pour vous de telle maniète que les fichiers ne doivent pas être écrivables par tous les autres utilisateurs (permissions 777) pour être modifiables par PHP qui les a créés.

Ou, franchement mieux, changez d'hébergeur et optez pour un hébergeur sérieux.

From my end I did the following:

1. Installed latest CB 2.0.8 on your site
2. Upgraded all Professional add-ons to latest CB 2.0.8 compatible versions based on this matrix:
www.joomlapolis.com/cb-20-addon-status
3. Installed latest CB 2.0.8 compatible french language plugin for you

Please note:
1. CB Groupjive is not yet fully cb 2.0 compatible but the installed version still works
2. CB Activity will have a new release very soon
3. CB Captcha has been discontinued and replaced by CB Antispam (upgraded it for you)

Also you need to find and reinstall the following not joomlapolis provided CB plugins:
1. AcyMailing CB Plugin
2. jdonation
3. CB JComments
