I have a tab with special user information. I would like it to have privacy as
Follows:
- user can view and edit this tab with own info when logged in
- manager can view and edit this info also (of every user)
- registered users cannot view this info of other users

I've tried a lot settings with CB Privacy and standard settings, but I can't
manage to get it working properly...

Any ideas?

You'll need to edit the tab and under Parameters > Integrations > CB Privacy use forced moderator privacy then set it to Private. This will allowthe tab to be accessible to the profile owner and moderators only. Ensure you're using the latest release CB Privacy 4.0.3 as forced moderator privacy on tabs is bugged in older releases.

I'm using 4.0.3. but I don't understand what you mean with "set it to Private"
This isn't a standard viewing acces mode in Joomla, isn't it?
Even if set to Registred it does'nt work. User A can view the tab from user B and that info is only for the user self and the Admin.

Edit your tab within CB > Tab Management. Next navigate to Parameters > Integrations > CB Privacy. Now set "Display" to "Forced privacy control". Next set "Default" to "Private". Now only the profile owner and moderators will see the tab and its fields in profile view.

If every user can access it still then you may have every user set to be a CB Moderator by mistake. Please check the "Moderators View Access Level" parameter within CB > Configuration > Moderation.

Turned out it needed a higher level (like admin) and then it works... fine by me anyway!
Thanks for your help!
