Upgrade from CB 1.9 to CB 2.0.7 look and feel changed was created by ingdon
Hi,

I upgraded my CB pro installation to CB 2.0.7 but after that I have some issues with the look and feel. Can you help me?

I added two attachements.
1. before the update
2. After the update

For example when I choose a rounded div without title the title is still showing... etc...

Do I need to update something else also?
I don't know where to look for the solution...

To get the new look you need to run the CB Tools -> Load Canvas Layout.

Hi Nick,

Thank you. I tried that and now it looks even more worse.... (see attachement). Also my tabs are gone. Do you know if I have a possibility to adjust the layout, delete the gray bar behind the photo somewhere and find my tabs back?

Looks like the display type for the tab that connections and views fields are on has the wrong display mode. Ensure their tab display mode is set to "Div without Title". The tab specifically should be "User Stats".

Also my tabs are gone.

They're nested under the bar menu to the right of Contact Info. You can move them out of being nested if you like within CB > Tab Management.

Yes, it's just new tab positions. You're free to move your tabs and fields anywhere you like. I recommend checking out the CB 2.x Primer Book for further information.

Hi,

Thank you very mutch! I slowly understand how it works and what happened. I can fix it now. :)

One other question connected to this (I hope it's the last). With the new CB 2.0.7. the registrationform is also changed. Do you know where I can change or how I can add an new introduction text and a thank you message in the right way? The texts are in the configuration page from CB. Now it looks not ok (see attachement).

Found it! Also a lot of helpfull YouTube videos. Together with the CB 2.x Primer Book I figured it out. Thanks for all your help!
