I'd like to customize CB registration form and CB profile page with colors and fonts of my template ( made with Artisteer)
is it possible and how ?

Write the CSS for it and you can style it however you want. This has always been possible. Either add the CSS to your Joomla template CSS file or create a CB template override plugin as instructed below and add your CSS to your override.css file for your override template.

as the registration form rendering is a php class on components/plugin is there a way for me to override it via joomla override? I want to move all the overrides to my theme. Not just css but html structure.
No, Joomla overrides will not work with CB at this time. Only our modules support overrides for now. We will be implementing override support once we've replaced more of our legacy frontend code. The HTML structure regardless will likely not allow much change as it's mostly dynamically generated.
