Error 1146 on new Plan in CB subs

Dear forum.

I am getting the following error:

1146 Table 'aduque_jmln3.uh46v_virtuemart_permgroups' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT `group_name` AS value, `group_name` AS text FROM `uh46v_virtuemart_permgroups` ORDER BY `ordering`

When try to create a new Plan in the CB subs.

My installed CB is: 2.0.7
My installed CB Subs is: 4.0.0-rc.2 .
My installed Virtuemart version is: 3.0.8

My joomla environment is:

PHP instalado sobre: Linux gator3292.hostgator.com 3.12.35.1418868451 #1 SMP Wed Dec 17 20:10:32 CST 2014 x86_64

Can you replicate with latest nightly from here:

Although I believe that the VM integration will be dropped from stable release.

Thanks for your suggestion, I installed the latest nightly from your link but still got the error:

1146 Table 'aduque_jmln3.uh46v_virtuemart_permgroups' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT `group_name` AS value, `group_name` AS text FROM `uh46v_virtuemart_permgroups` ORDER BY `ordering`

I checked the virtuemart database and the table virtuemart_permgroups does not exist. I thinkthis is the problem, the plugin is not creating the missing table.

I think I am going to unpublish the virtuemart plugin and wait until see what happens in the stable release.

If you have any other suggestion let me know.

I found other message after installation of the nigthly release:

alterColumns alterKey not finished, please rise execution time and update tables again

I increased the execution time up to the maximun allowed but still have the problem.

I uninstalled the plugin.

The VM integration is deprecated and scheduled to be removed. Uninstall it as it will not function.

Where are you getting this message? Doing a quick search it seams to be an error coming from VM and not CB or CBSubs. Please see the below search results.
