You can supply your own custom images using a template override or using images with different names and selecting them as the defaults in your image fields to avoid losing changes on upgrade. I do not recommend making changes to core files as they will always be replaced on install.

You're right but all explanation and work about gender user was with nophoto....and i was surprised that with CB 2.0.8 upgrade that picture change. Now i know.
