Upon registration user doesn't get e-mail

Everything is still the same in CB configuration, but mail for pending approval is not arriving.
Sending a mail from CB profile works fine.
Strange thing also that Massmail doesn't send mails!!

What is wrong? Looks like Joomla is falling apart? Where to find this?

PS Did some other testing and found out that sending groupmail from Joomla works fine!

If mass mail doesn't send emails then your mailer settings are not configured properly. Check that it's configured properly within Joomla global configuration and continue to retest mailing your own user with Mass Mailer. This is specifically an issue when using SMTP. Joomla will fallback to PHPMail if SMTP fails. CB will not fallback.

I had some really weird problems these days. So I decides to restore a backup (15th april) and
worked al night through in hope to get it starting again.
But unfortunately I do still encounter some unexplained e-mail problems with CB:

- When a new user registers he doesn't get an email for confirmation. The process stops over there.
- When I add a user in backend, there is also no mail acknowledge to the user.
- Using CB Mass Mail in backend does send a mail in fact!
- Sending a mail to another user from its profile page doesn't work either. (huh?)
- An invitation does succesfully lead to sending an email.

This is quite weird, right? :angry:

All settings in config of CB are correct I think, but something seams to block it however.
What coud be wrong? Joomla config setting is PHP mail and not SMTP.

Hope someone can shine a new light on this?

PS NEW INFO: I FOUND OUT THAT ONLY USERS WHO HAVE AN EMAIL ADRESS FROM SAME DOMAIN AS OUR OWN WEBSITE DO RECEIVE A MAIL. THE OTHERS DON'T. IN WHAT DIRECTION SHOULD I SEARCH?
SPF RECORDS ARE NOT FOUND

It sounds like an issue with your mail server and nothing to do with CB or Joomla. Contact your host to see what's going on.
