Embedding the CB Subs registration form on different page... was created by Strategisto2da

I want to embed the CB Subs registration form on a landing page and not use the URL address. I do not want to have to have the prospect click a link on my landing page to then be directed to the CB Subs URL. Is there a way to put the registration form in a module and then place it on my landing page?
