Anyone that wants to steal your blog text will do it without the need of context window. There's many ways around it. For example Ctrl + A, Ctrl + C, and Ctrl + V into notepad, view page source, F12 developer console (available on every browser), throw the site through Google translate, or just toggle off JS. I don't recommend exhausting time and resources on a war you will never win.
Focus on making a great site with great content and you shouldn't have anything to worry about. Also having share links for every blog post can significantly help as often people want to share a blog entry, but with no easy share button they'll copy/paste and you lose the awareness that a share link can bring.
It's also vital you disable that extension though. Within 1 minute it's causing 100+ JS errors and will not stop. This will crash peoples browsers. So regardless of my advise above you if you intended to still use something like this you need to be using an extension that works cross-browser.
Hi Kyle
Just saw your post - yes, I'll disable this particular extension now. As I mentioned, this was causing issues elsewhere as well, so it might as well just be "consigned to the recycle bin", so to speak . . .
Otherwise, your points above regarding making a great product and letting the rest take care of itself are (very) well taken and appreciated. Thanks again for the effort you guys put into developing CB, as well as for the stellar support you personally provide!
