What is _pg_TotalAllowedQuotaItems this field just seemed to show up and I dont know where it came from or what it is for can you identify it and describe its use its an integrated number?

It's an old quota field from CB ProfileGallery. If you installed CB Gallery it migrates it to a standard integer field as CB Gallery can have custom quota limits based off a field value. You can delete it if you don't want it.
