New User Notification Email CBSUBS was created by rickparks
I am getting the new user registration email but all of the customization of that email has disappeared since i implemented CBSUBS. How can I adjust the new user registration email like i did for Community Builder? Why does CBSUBS use a different registration email than community builder?

Are you referring to the Pending or Welcome email sent to the user or the email sent to moderators when a new user registers? None of those emails are changed. When they are sent is what has changed. Specifically by default they're sent after the user has paid, but you can adjust this on the Pricing tab of your plans.

I am guessing that my customization of the new user notification that the moderator receives was deleted and replaced when I uploaded the latest update. Can you tell me what line I need to look for in the language file to rebuild this notification email. This time I will copy the file and save the information in a safe place :)

You likely modified the default language files. You need to create your own language plugin or use a language override plugin to avoid this. Please see the below page for language usage information.
